The Insurance Customer Relationship Executive (ICRE) is responsible for assisting customers with vehicle insurance renewals, claim coordination, policy\-related queries, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Contact customers regarding insurance renewals and policy expirations.
• Explain insurance products, benefits, and renewal options.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and claims.
• Assist customers in completing insurance documentation.
• Follow up on pending renewals and claims.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insurance transactions.
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide seamless customer support.
• Achieve renewal and customer satisfaction targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on insurance activities.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Experience in automobile insurance or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
