Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to generate leads, engage with prospective clients, and build long\-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer\-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a target\-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct corporate cold calling to generate business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and manage leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Follow up regularly to nurture, engage, and retain leads.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow\-ups in the CRM.
• Achieve lead generation, customer engagement, and relationship management targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
• Confidence in corporate cold calling and customer interactions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Self\-motivated, organized, and target\-oriented.
