• *About the Role**

DAR Jewellery is looking for a customer\-focused and proactive CRM Executive to strengthen customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and encourage repeat visits and purchases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to maintain customer records and coordinate customer follow\-ups effectively.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Inform customers about new jewellery collections, product launches, festive offers, and special promotions.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with showroom sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, follow\-ups, appointments, and enquiries.
• Identify opportunities to reconnect with inactive customers and increase customer engagement.
• Support customer birthday, anniversary, and special occasion communication.
• Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and maintained accurately.

• *Requirements**

• Any degree or relevant qualification.
• 1–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relations, customer service, or retail operations.
• Experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury customer service will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, customer databases, and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer\-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple follow\-ups and maintain accurate records.
• Professional behaviour and a presentable appearance.
