• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer queries, ensure smooth operations, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor the operational status of machines and coordinate with the technical team for maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with field staff, technicians, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain customer records, service logs, complaint registers, and daily operational reports.
• Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
• Monitor machine performance and escalate technical or operational issues to the concerned team.
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer relationship management, or operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.
• Strong coordination, problem\-solving, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Customer\-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹21,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
