• *Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive**

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and professional Customer Relationship Executive with strong calling, customer support, and convincing skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
• Explain product features, usage, pricing, and benefits clearly.
• Resolve customer concerns and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Manage orders from confirmation to delivery, including address collection and verification.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate delivery follow\-ups.

• *Required Skills:**

• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales.
• Excellent communication, convincing skills, and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Good presence of mind, problem\-solving ability, and customer\-handling skills.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month
