• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage and maintain relationships with repeated and existing clients. The candidate will be responsible for regular customer follow\-ups, service coordination, complaint handling, feedback collection, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication skills, coordination ability, and a customer\-focused approach to maintain long\-term business relationships and repeat services.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

\* Handle repeated and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails

\* Maintain regular follow\-up with customers for recurring services and renewals

\* Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth service scheduling

\* Resolve customer complaints and service\-related issues professionally

\* Maintain proper customer records and update CRM software regularly

\* Collect customer feedback after service completion

\* Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long\-term relationships

\* Support the sales and operations team in customer coordination

\* Prepare daily follow\-up reports and customer status updates

\* Maintain professional communication with clients at all times

• *Skills Required:**

\* Good communication and interpersonal skills

\* Strong follow\-up and customer handling ability

\* Good computer and CRM software knowledge preferred, Excel (Formulas) \& Google sheet knowledge preferred

\* Problem\-solving and coordination skills

\* Ability to work in a team and manage multiple clients

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

\* Graduate in any field preferred

\* Experience in CRM, customer support, tele calling, or client handling preferred
