*Job Summary:** We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships in our factory\-based operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between the factory and customers.
*Key Responsibilities:**
**Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Order Management:** Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
**Feedback Collection:** Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
**Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
**Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
**Issue Resolution:** Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
**Sales Support:** Assist the sales team with customer follow\-ups, product information, and other administrative tasks as needed.
**Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to the management team.
*Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Sales experience required
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem\-solving skills and a customer\-centric approach.
