• *What We Are Looking For**

✔ Strong communication and customer handling skills, Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

✔ Good follow\-up and problem\-solving skills \& Positive attitude and customer\-focused mindset

✔ Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, CRM, or Telecalling preferred

• *What You Will Do**

✔ **Build and maintain strong relationships** with customers, distributors, and business partners to ensure long\-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

✔ **Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and order follow\-ups** professionally while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
