• *Job Description**

We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Customer Relationship Manager /Supervisor cum Manager to manage customer interactions, coordinate workshop operations, and drive service sales. The candidate should have good communication, customer\-handling, and automobile service knowledge.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and supervise day\-to\-day workshop operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates, vehicle delivery, and feedback.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for smooth and timely service delivery.
• Understand customer requirements services such as polishing, painting, wheel alignment, engine tuning, and other car care services.
• Generate service sales by identifying customer needs and converting enquiries into business.
• Handle basic accounts, billing, cash collection, and documentation.
• Ensure service quality standards and timely completion of work.
• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile service, customer relationship management, or workshop operations.
• Automobile industry experience is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.
