Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

• A Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• **CRM Specialist** manages customer interactions, maintains contact databases, and coordinates with sales, marketing, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and resolve customer complaints or service requests across phone, email, and chat
• Work closely with sales, production, billing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, dispatches, and account handoffs.
• Track customer engagement metrics, monitor pending closures, and generate daily or weekly performance reports for management.
• Support post\-sale follow\-ups, feedback collection, and customer loyalty or upsell initiatives.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
