Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM software.
• Follow up with existing customers regarding payments, renewals, and service requests.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain customer records, feedback, and complaint details.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Generate daily reports on customer interactions and follow\-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Support the sales team in customer retention and business development activities.

Pay: ₹35,600\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
