We are looking for a proactive and customer\-oriented "CRM" to deliver an outstanding customer experience and manage post\-sales relationships.

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams.
• Maintain customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
• Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and possession activities.
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
• Ensure a smooth and professional post\-sales experience.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of CRM experience in the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
