- *About the Role**
We are looking for a **Customer Relationship Executive** who is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, helping them get the most value from Com.Bot's AI\-powered solutions, addressing their queries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
As a key part of our Customer Success team, you will act as the bridge between customers and the company, understanding client needs, resolving concerns, and fostering long\-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences in a fast\-paced AI \& SaaS environment.
- *What You'll Do**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and help them maximize the value of our AI and automation solutions.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through product adoption.
- Proactively engage with customers to improve satisfaction, retention, and long\-term success.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and business teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling relevant products and services.
- Monitor customer engagement and take proactive steps to reduce churn.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM.
- *Who You Are**
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, Inside Sales, or a similar client\-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem\-solving skills with a customer\-first mindset.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long\-term professional relationships.
- Comfortable using CRM software and business communication tools.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Experience in SaaS, AI, CRM, or technology products is preferred.
