Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused CRM to build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients in the jewellery sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving repeat business through effective relationship management strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. • Provide personalized service to clients based on their preferences, purchase history, and occasions. • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Maintain customer database and update client records with accurate information. • Coordinate with the marketing team for customer engagement activities like events, promotions, and festive greetings. • Help resolve service or product issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs. • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. • Maintain confidentiality of client information and purchases.
