Responsible for managing customer relationships, supervising the CRE team, handling sales and service customer complaints, and improving overall customer satisfaction.

• Manage daily CRM operations.
• Supervise the CRE team and monitor performance.
• Handle customer complaints related to both sales and service.
• Ensure timely customer follow\-ups and complaint resolution.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain customer records and prepare reports.

• *Required Experience**

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automobile industry is mandatory.
• Experience in CRM operations is preferred.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to resolve sales and service customer complaints effectively.
