You will be the dedicated, face\-of\-the\-brand advisor for our most exclusive clients.

Key Responsibilities

• **Bespoke Relationship Management:** Act as the single point of contact for premium clients, managing their portfolios with absolute discretion and precision.
• **Proactive Client Care:** Anticipate client needs before they arise, offering tailored solutions, personalized updates, and white\-glove service.
• **Escalation Excellence:** Resolve complex, high\-priority client issues swiftly, maintaining a calm, sophisticated composure under pressure.
• **Client Retention \& Growth:** Nurture long\-term loyalty and identify organic opportunities to introduce clients to premium tiers or extended services.
