Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to lead customer engagement and a small sales team at our Dibrugarh showroom. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, building long\-term customer relationships, handling escalations, and mentoring the team — in line with MNJ’s legacy of trust, purity, and personalised jewellery experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and guide a team of 5–6 sales executives to deliver consistent, high\-quality customer service.
• Oversee daily customer interactions and take ownership of complex or escalated queries.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty, repeat purchases, and referrals.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Train, mentor, and support team members on product knowledge, service standards, and customer handling.
• Capture and update customer feedback/insights; suggest improvements for better experience.
• Support the showroom in achieving sales and service excellence targets.

• *Requirements:**

• 5 – 10 years of experience with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
• Proven experience in team handling/mentoring.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills.
• Customer\-centric approach with strong conflict\-resolution ability.
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a must.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
• Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
