Customer Relationship Officer

Office is located **Near Jora Flyover NH\-53, Krishak Nagar Raipur CG**

• *Roles and Responsibilities\-:**

• **Attending Walkin Customers\-:** Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Allotting Customers / Turns to respective Sales Coordinator as per Norms.
• Attending/ Checking Customer Leads via SMS/ Calls or via different SMP (Social Media Platform)
• Provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing.
• Follow up with Sales team on Customer log vs updating in CRM / Data management.
• Addressing consumer problems and suggesting an efficient solution with empathy and professionalism**.**

• *Required Skills:**

• *Good and effective communication Skills\-:** Clear articulation, tone modulation, and active listening are all essential to interacting effectively with customers/ clients. The candidates need to have good verbal, non\-verbal, and written communication skills to succeed in this job profile.

• *Good Interpersonal Skills\-: o Talking in an enthusiastic, optimistic, and empathetic manner will help the consumers feel heard and valued.**

Problem\-Solving Skills o A huge part of customer service support is the ability of the candidates to solve problems effectively. This is an essential skill needed for this job role. **Active Listening o The role of a customer service executive is to have good listening skills and effectively summarising the concerns of the customers.**

• *You should maintain a positive attitude while dealing with complaints and conflicts of the customers.**

Along with the soft skills, they also need a range of technical skills that are listed here: **CRM Experience, Persuasive Writing, Phone System Experience, Documentation Skills.**

Prefer candidates with good communication skills both in English and Hindi and should be proficient in Computer and CRM Skills.
