Sales Executive – Interior Design \& Custom Furniture

Vamshi Shikha Design Studio specialises in bespoke interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes and custom furniture. We are looking for a confident, client\-focused Sales Executive who can understand customer requirements, communicate the value of our designs and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and studio visits.
• Understand each client’s requirements, budget, project location and expected timelines.
• Explain our interior design services, materials, finishes and execution process clearly.
• Schedule studio meetings, design consultations and site visits.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare and present proposals and quotations.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain accurate lead records.
• Negotiate within approved pricing and terms, close sales and coordinate booking payments.
• Build relationships with architects, builders and property consultants to generate referrals.
• Work towards agreed monthly sales targets and share regular progress reports.
• Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design and execution teams.

What we are looking for

• Sales experience in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, building materials or real estate is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to build trust and guide clients through purchase decisions.
• Comfortable communicating in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits across Hyderabad.
• An organised, proactive approach and an interest in interior design.
