Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to deliveries, order status, scheduling, and service requests.
• Coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, and operations staff to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Provide delivery updates and communicate delays proactively.
• Meet daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong customer service and problem\-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM systems).
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced logistics environment.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer support, logistics, transportation, e\-commerce, or delivery operations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
