The Decorshed is looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inquiries, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all channels.

• Support the sales and operations team with day\-to\-day administrative tasks.
