Customer Service Assistant

• Handle customer enquiries related to solar system service and maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, complaints, and follow\-ups.
• Schedule service visits and coordinate with service technicians.
• Maintain proper records of customer complaints, service requests, and resolutions.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical and service team for timely issue resolution.
• Inform customers about AMC, maintenance, and other service requirements.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience.

• *Requirements:**

• Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or the solar industry will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000\.00 per month
