We are hiring for Customer Support Executive

Location: Chennai

Experience: Freshers / 1\+ Year

Languages: Kannada proficiency preferred

Salary: Up to ₹3 Lakhs Per Annum

Job Responsibilities

\# Assist existing ERP customers via phone, WhatsApp, and remote support.

\# Resolve customer queries and guide them on software usage.

\# Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.

\# Follow up with customers and maintain support records.

\# Basic computer knowledge

\# Basic English communication

\# Good communication and problem\-solving skills.

\# No programming knowledge required; product training will be provided.
