Customer Service Associate

• Greet and assist guests courteously throughout their cinema experience.
• Check tickets and provide ushering support to customers.
• Guide customers to screens, seats, and other cinema facilities.
• Handle food and beverage counter operations efficiently.
• Take customer orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
• Follow all safety, security, and operational standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure proper display and availability of products at the F\&B counter.
• Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and special shows.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth cinema operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
