Job Purpose

To ensure excellent customer service by providing a pleasant dining experience to guests while maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.

2\. Take food and beverage orders accurately.

3\. Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.

4\. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.

5\. Ensure proper table setup and timely clearance.

6\. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

7\. Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery.

8\. Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

9\. Ensure proper handling of POS billing and cash transactions, wherever applicable.

10\. Support the team in achieving operational and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualification

\* Minimum 12th Pass.

Pay: ₹13,000\.00 \- ₹13,500\.00 per month
