· Engaging with customers across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
· Resolving queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
· Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
· Assisting customers with orders, products, and service\-related requests
· Becoming the friendly voice of a trusted heritage brand
· 1–3\+ years of customer service experience
· Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
· Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities
· A positive attitude and customer\-first approach
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
