Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities:**
· Process After Market Orders (AMO), Warranty Replacement Orders, and Free of Cost (FOC) orders received from the CFT team.
· Coordinate with Planning and Dispatch teams to ensure timely material dispatch as per company procedures.
· Ensure all order\-related activities comply with company policies and guidelines.
· Apply for Certificates of Origin (COO) for various countries through trade portals.
· Follow up with the Finance team to complete and approve COO documentation.
· Obtain freight quotations from forwarders and finalize logistics partners.
· Coordinate with freight forwarders from vehicle placement to final dispatch.
· Manage end\-to\-end export documentation and ensure materials are dispatched smoothly from the factory.
· Update EDBMS entries in the bank portal and ensure timely closure of records.
· Maintain and update Order Trackers in Plant Daily Management (DM).
· Update Internal Department Daily Management (DM) trackers regularly.
· Arrange courier dispatch of completed export documents to customers.
· Track courier shipments and ensure successful delivery.
· Handle and respond to queries from the CFT team related to AMO, Warranty, and FOC orders.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
