We are looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic **Service Coordinator** who wants to build a long\-term career in service operations and customer management.

This is more than a coordination role — it is an opportunity to understand technical service operations, work closely with customers and engineers, develop problem\-solving skills, and progress towards higher responsibilities based on performance.

• *What Will You Do?**

• **Service Coordination:** Coordinate UPS preventive maintenance (PM) visits and breakdown calls across customer locations.
• **Engineer Management:** Assign service engineers and service partners, track their schedules, and ensure timely site visits.
• **Customer Communication:** Communicate with customers, provide service updates, follow up on pending issues, and help maintain strong customer relationships.
• **Breakdown Management:** Monitor complaints, coordinate technical support, and follow up until issues are resolved.
• **Service Documentation:** Maintain service reports, AMC records, customer databases and service trackers.
• **Spare Parts Coordination:** Coordinate spare parts, standby UPS requirements and other service\-related arrangements.
• **MIS \& Reporting:** Prepare daily/weekly service reports and trackers using MS Excel.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the service, sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Graduates or diploma holders from any suitable stream.
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, operations, technical support or a similar role.
• Freshers with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication and data management.
• Good follow\-up, planning, multitasking and problem\-solving abilities.
• A responsible and customer\-focused attitude with the ability to work in a team.
