Location: Taliparamba, Kerala
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month and Monthly incentive
Job Summary : The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) for issue resolution
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Process orders, complaints, and feedback in the system
Ensure timely response and closure of customer issues
