- *Broad outline of the Role**
- The Security Administrator is responsible for managing day\-to\-day cybersecurity operations, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring the availability, integrity, and security of enterprise security solutions.

Email Security Solutions
- *Key Responsibilities** * Take ownership of customer\-reported incidents and service requests until successful resolution.
- Administer and support enterprise cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Protection, EDR/XDR, Antivirus, and Email Security.
- Monitor security events, alerts, and XDR analytics to identify and respond to security incidents.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, policy implementation, and health monitoring of security platforms.
- Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve security product and infrastructure issues.
- Perform security compliance checks and support internal and external security audits.
- Implement and maintain security controls in accordance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze system logs, security alerts, and incident reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors and internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Ensure all incidents and service requests are handled within defined SLA timelines.
- Prepare technical reports, operational dashboards, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and documentation.
- Support vulnerability assessment and remediation activities.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and security policies.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities, security upgrades, and change management.
