Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer\-focused fresh graduates for the position of **Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process** at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to begin their careers in the ITES/BPO industry and develop their communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat, as assigned.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Qualification:** Any graduate, subject to eligibility.
• **Eligible batches:** 2024, 2025, and 2026\.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• *Candidates with the following qualifications are not eligible:** B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy, LLB, and LLM.

Compensation \& Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹2\.8 LPA.
• Approximate in\-hand salary: ₹18,000 per month.
• Night shift allowance: Up to ₹3,000, subject to applicable conditions.
• Two rotational week\-offs per week.
• Cab facility available.
