Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account management, subscriptions, billing concerns, and Adobe product information.
- Deliver accurate resolutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Adobe products, upgrades, or services through upselling.Maintain quality standards, productivity targets, and compliance with company policies.Document customer interactions accurately in the system.- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Strong customer service and problem\-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, chat support, or international BPO is preferred.
- Competitive in\-hand salary of ₹38,000 per month.
