Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (approximately 80% of the role) as part of the voice

support process, assisting customers with KYC\-related queries, documentation requirements, and

account opening procedures.

  • Manage end\-to\-end KYC processing (approximately 20% of the role) for Current and Savings

Account openings, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer onboarding activities.

  • Verify customer documents for completeness, authenticity, and compliance with applicable

KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.

  • Review and validate account opening forms, identification documents, address proofs, and other

supporting documents submitted by customers.

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into banking and KYC systems while maintaining a high level

of data accuracy and quality.

  • Coordinate with branch teams and front\-office personnel to obtain missing information, resolve

discrepancies, and ensure smooth processing of customer applications.

  • Conduct follow\-ups with customers for pending documentation and support the seamless

completion of the account opening process.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹23,000\.00 per month
