Job Description

  • *Experience:** 0–3 Years
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
  • Update customer interactions in the CRM/system accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and productivity metrics.
  • *Eligibility:**
  • Graduate in any discipline (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
  • 0–3 years of experience in Voice Process, Customer Service, or Call Center.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • *Preferred Skills:**
  • Strong customer handling and problem\-solving skills.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude and customer\-first approach.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹460,000\.00 per year
