• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
• Provide customer support and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage client interactions and maintain customer relationships.
• Perform follow\-ups and coordinate with internal teams.
• Update customer information in CRM systems.
• Maintain records, documentation, and process compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

• *Eligibility:**

• Any Graduate
• Age: Min 18 to Max 28
• 1 Year to 3 Years Experience
• Excellent communication skills in English \& Hindi
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Customer\-centric approach with good problem\-solving skills

• *Location:** Balewadi, Pune (Work From Office)
