Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound customer calls and provide support for banking products and services. The role involves resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem\-solving abilities, and a customer\-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding banking products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, loans, credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, and mobile banking services.
• Provide accurate and timely information about banking procedures, transactions, and policies.
• Assist customers with account\-related issues and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, company policies, and data security standards.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and response time targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
