• *Key Responsibilities**

● Respond to incoming customer communications via email and chat.

● Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service with professionalism and

empathy.

● In certain situations, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers.

● Serve as a key contributor to enhancing the client, customer, and employee experience.

• *Qualifications**

● Education: 12th cleared/ graduates

• *Experience:**

○ 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred.

○ Freshers are welcome to apply.

○ Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus.

● Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.

● Proficient with computers and general technical skills.

● Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
