Customer Service Representative

Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, or in person. Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and processes. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution. Maintain customer records and update information in the system. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer\-related issues. Process requests, feedback, and service\-related documentation. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
