Customer service, the FBT centre will drive cutting\-edge digital solutions and agile ways of working.
Responsibilities: • Provide timely and efficient support to customers by answering questions and responding to requests via phone or email.
+ Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team and propose solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
+ Stay updated on products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
+ Proactively seek out new ways to improve customer experience.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Proficient in MS Office applications.
+ Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
+ Experience in handling customer queries over phone and emails.
+ Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
