Our portfolio includes European and international city breaks, beach and resort holidays, long\-haul escapes, luxury island retreats, cruises, seasonal packages, and tailor\-made itineraries.

As a fully ABTA and ATOL\-protected operator, we ensure compliance with UK travel regulations and provide financial security to our customers. Our business combines campaign\-based offers, strong supplier relationships, and direct engagement through skilled sales and support teams.

We are now launching a dedicated travel project in Poland, representing a strategic expansion into a growing European market.

• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage pre\-sales and post\-sales customer interactions for the Polish market. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling enquiries, and the ability to guide customers through the booking process.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide support via phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with pre\-booking enquiries
• Explain offers, pricing, booking processes, and terms \& conditions
• Manage amendments, changes, and cancellations
• Handle complaints professionally
• Support high\-volume campaign periods
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Deliver a sales\-driven yet customer\-focused experience

• *Requirements:**

• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service, travel sales, or call centre environments
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes
• Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Sales\-oriented and customer\-focused approach
• Willingness to work 9\-hour shifts, with flexibility for morning or evening shifts
