Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for the Affirm Banking Process. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, assisting customers with banking\-related queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high\-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with banking\-related inquiries, account information, payments, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC/Graduate candidates can apply.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
• Good customer handling and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Salary Structure

• *6–11 Months International BPO Experience**

• In\-Hand Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Monthly CTC: ₹27,000

• *12–17 Months International BPO Experience**

• In\-Hand Salary: ₹27,000 per month
• Monthly CTC: ₹30,000

• *18\+ Months International BPO Experience**

• In\-Hand Salary: ₹29,000 per month
• Monthly CTC: ₹31,000

• *Highest Experience Band**

• In\-Hand Salary: ₹35,000 per month
• Monthly CTC: ₹38,000
