We are looking for a **Customer Service Representative** who can handle customer interactions across multiple platforms and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries across **all platforms linked with the brand** (WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, Website chat, etc.)
• Handle order\-related queries, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and general customer concerns
• Communicate clearly and professionally in **English (written \& spoken)**
• Understand customer issues empathetically and provide effective solutions
• Maintain a **problem\-solving mindset** and ensure timely resolution of queries
