Position: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing guidance, order placement, and payment\-related queries.
• Handle order tracking, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently while maintaining brand standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to improve products and services.
• Ensure a positive and personalized customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Meet customer satisfaction and response\-time targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, e\-commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools/CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Experience in the fashion, apparel, or e\-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Customer\-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
