You will work closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, documentation, and finance to ensure efficient and timely communication and resolution of customer issues.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Coordinate and process customer bookings in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
Communicate vessel schedules, space availability, and cut\-off times to customers.
Provide customers with timely updates and notifications about cargo status, delays, or issues.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, requests, and service issues professionally and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in internal systems.
Responsible for lead generation and timely follow\-up with customers.
Address and resolve all customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
