We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Client Relationship Management Executive (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves managing client interactions post\-order, ensuring satisfaction, addressing queries, and supporting timely payment collection while delivering exceptional after\-sales service.

Ensure all client leads are effectively followed up after order placement.
Provide consistent after\-sales service to maintain high client satisfaction.
Actively collect and document genuine client feedback for service improvement.
Manage client servicing from order confirmation until payment collection.
Address and resolve all client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Provide accurate information and guidance about company products/services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and escalate issues when required.
Understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain strong communication and coordination with internal teams.
