We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of taxation and capital markets to join our customer support team handling European markets. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with customer support experience.

Position Details

Role: Taxation \- Customer Support

Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)

CTC: ₹35,000 Per Month

Experience: Minimum 6 months of direct customer support experience in Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities \& Knowledge Required

Understanding of German Tax Framework

Knowledge of Capital Gains Tax and Dividend Withholding Tax

Expertise in Double Taxation Treaties

Tax reporting across European markets

Sound knowledge of Equities, ETFs, Derivatives, Fixed Income \& Cryptocurrency

Handling Tax calculations, reconciliations and reporting

Knowledge of Financial products and Corporate actions

Resolving customer queries related to taxation and financial reporting

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months experience in Capital Markets \- Customer Support

Communication: Business\-fluent English with B2\+ proficiency

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Immediate Joiners Preferred (within 2 days)
