- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in\-person
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and customer requests
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to higher management when required
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, service team)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
