Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • **Product Demonstrations:** Conduct live online or face\-to\-face product demos to showcase key features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
  • **Query Resolution:** Address and resolve all technical, functional, and product\-related customer queries promptly and accurately.
  • **Customer Education:** Train and guide customers on how to effectively use the product to ensure maximum adoption and satisfaction.
  • **Needs Assessment:** Understand customer pain points and business needs to position the product as the ideal solution.
  • **Objection Handling:** Confidently address customer doubts regarding pricing, features, or competitors to drive decision\-making.
  • **Relationship Building:** Establish long\-term trust and strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and support.
  • **Follow\-up Management:** Post\-demo, follow up systematically with prospects to nurture leads and assist in closing deals.
  • **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer insights and recurring issues to share with the product development team for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
