Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Blended Process (Voice \+ Chat) openings across Gurugram, Delhi and Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and chat support.
• Assist customers with their questions, complaints and service\-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• V4–V5 English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and customer\-handling abilities.
• Comfortable handling both voice and chat interactions.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, as per process requirements.

Salary \& Benefits

• Annual CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA.
• Salary depends on experience, communication skills and the specific opening.
