Anuj IMF Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Team Leader who can recruit, train, manage, and drive a high\-performing customer service team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer support, team productivity, and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard Customer Service Executives.
Lead, motivate, and drive the team to achieve performance targets.
Monitor daily team productivity and service quality.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and team development sessions.
Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement plans.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless customer support.
Maintain discipline, engagement, and a positive team environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Team Handling in Leadership roles.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Result\-oriented with excellent problem\-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
